I’ve made that lentil sauce a lot, and really like it. One trick I rely on is to puree it, or puree half of it, for a bit of a smoother texture. Otherwise I find it’s a little too chunky for me.

If you guys are ever up for a little chocolate-beer barter action, let me know—I go to both Albany and Philly fairly often.
