I think a nice hop bomb like Pliny the Elder (now vegan!!) may help. Next time…

I made some the other day for a family gathering and got the “this is delicious, what is this again? satan what?” from several omnis.

Brett is experimenting with doing a hop tea (steeping hops in hot water) and using that as part of the liquid to see if it can add some nice floral, spicy and citrusy flavors in the beer batter. Should be interesting to see how that turns out.
